damaged or defective?

- returning both items? you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price.
- returning only the paid item? you’ll receive half of the refund amount since both items must be returned to meet the terms of the sale.
- returning only the free item? unfortunately, no refund will be given, as the free item has no purchase value.
- final sale items are non-returnable and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
